Choosing Fabric: Choose a coordinated line of fabric with your favorite
neutral fabric as a background. It can also be made scrappy using a restful fabric as a background.
You can use fat quarters without additional piecing. One fat quarter or quarter yard cut will yield the equivalent of 3 strips.
